Policies

ATTN ALL CLIENTS:

– In order to book/retain any appointments for 2024, an email address will be REQUIRED from all clients as I am updating my scheduling software. Thank you for your cooperation.

COVID GUIDELINES:

-If you are exhibiting any cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, we ask kindly that you PLEASE RESCHEDULE! As self-employed hair stylists, we do not have the luxury of PTO so unfortunately becoming sick results in lost income.

-No masks are required at this time, however please feel free to wear them at your discretion, especially during the cold/flu season. 

YOUR APPOINTMENT & CHEMICAL SERVICES:

-Prior to ANY services you receive, I REQUIRE that your hair has been properly DETANGLED. Having to stop and detangle hair will slow down the process and result in not only running behind for the next client, but I reserve the right to charge a fee for the extra time spent doing this. 
-While we allow kids to get services, we do ask that if you can, please try to refrain from bringing kids while you receive a service. We do understand that sometimes finding childcare is not an option so we kindly ask that you bring something to keep them entertained so as to not disturb the other guests receiving a service. 
-For your chemical service, please wear something that you don’t mind getting wet or dirty or bring an extra shirt to change into.

-Please avoid wearing a hood or any bulky items that will interfere with proper color & chemical placement as well as the rinsing and shampoo process. 

LATE ARRIVALS,
CANCELLATIONS,
& NO SHOWS:

-Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. I reserve the right to reschedule anyone that arrive more than 10 minutes late. I value our time spent together.
-As a courtesy to your stylist, please try to cancel at least 24 in advance so I can make the proper changes to my schedule. 
-No call/no shows WILL BE CHARGED 100% of their missed appointment before they can make another appointment. I do understand that last minute things can happen so I will do my best to accommodate in the event of an emergency. Please note that multiple offenses may result in no longer being able to book any future appointments.
